Sometimes we get direct feedback from our Customers - here are the comments of a recent Customer at our Camden store :
"I have be renting [a unit at your Camden store] for at least 6 years, and a second one in February of this year. I have recently moved to mid Wales and have terminated my contract with ABC Self Stores. I have over the years with all the managers and staff received excellent service. My main contact was more often than not with Kash. His service has been outstanding, and he always practised good public relations, with a cheerful smile and always wanting to help in any way possible. On the rare occasion when I have dealt with anyone else, I received the same quality of service. The new comers being the manageress Priya and James. On a slightly different note. The cleanliness of the building is kept to a very high standard and this I know is down to Gordon the cleaner. In the 6 years the high standard of cleanliness has never altered. You have a gem in Gordon. Thank you to who ever reads this for such excellent staff."
