I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the fantastic service I recently received from the people at your branch off the Old Kent Road.
On the majority of occasions I dealt with your staff I spoke with Chantelle. She is an absolute credit to your company! I found her friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She was able to tell me everything I needed to know quickly whilst giving me thorough answers. She remembered me when I came back and always greeted me with a smile and in a friendly manner. She ensured that I fully understood all charges (which were very reasonable for 24 hour access) and knew all I needed to know about the storage units. She obviously has a gift for creating an instant rapport with customers and inspiring confidence and trust. I found the other staff I dealt with equally friendly and customer focused.
When moving house you deal with a lot of companies in a short space of time and not one of them matched the high standards of customer care that your company is obviously keen to maintain (indeed many of them fall well below the standards you would expect). It was a pleasure dealing with your company and I will definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.
