Performance related pay (PRP) – as a member of the store based sales and customer service team you qualify for our PRP scheme from your first day at work.

Salary scales – Every role at ABC has a salary scale, this means that we can reward your success as you grow and develop.

Refer a Friend Scheme – We really value your opinions and advice, so who better to help us recruit than the people who are at the front line of our business? If you refer a friend who joins our team you will get a cash reward after they have completed 3 months service and another after they have completed 6 months service.

Social Fund – Christmas helpfully coincides with our financial year end, so we always have a party then! In addition each store has its own social fund.

Special Occasions – Sometimes it’s the little hings in life that matter, which is why we recognise your birthday, Christmas, Easter and special personal achievements!

Working Hours – Occasionally our teams need to stay late for a customer and we really appreciate this flexibility which is why we give you back any hours that you work in addition to your scheduled shift. We also staff our stores 30 minutes before we open and for 30 minutes after we close to try and ensure that your shift starts and finishes as scheduled! Our full time team members work a 42 hr week and our part timers usually work 20 hrs per week, but this varies by individual contract. Everyone in the team is entitled to a 30 minute break for every shift which is 6 hrs or more.

Free storage – Every employee is entitled to a free storage unit of up to 50sqft .

Holidays – Every team member gets 26 days annual leave and 4 Bank/Public Holidays (New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day). Holidays are pro rata for part timers !

Cycle to work scheme – Each ABC company is registered with the governments cycle to work scheme, which means that you can buy a bicycle through the company at a greatly reduced price and spread the payments over a longer period of time. Find out more at http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk.
