Not all offers are available at all ABC Selfstore Stores at all times - please check in store for availability or use our online price and availability check to get up to date prices including all our latest offers.
ABC Selfstore reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
To qualify for any offer all terms of conditions of the relevant storage agreement must be complied with throughout the entire storage period, including those concerning payment of storage charges. If any terms and conditions are not complied with in any way, ABC reserves the right to revoke any offer in full and re-apply full charges.
These Terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Combining Offers
Offers are grouped into three types:
- Customer offers (either business, long term, student, business and local employee ongoing discounts)
- Room offers (special rates and discount off first four weeks of storage)
- Promotional offers (welcome back, more space, refer a friend, online booking etc)
Only one offer from each of the three categories may be applied to any one storage agreement at any one time i.e. a maximum of three offers, one from each of the above groups may apply to any one agreement.
Customer Offers
The stated discount at point of sale is conditional upon the following proof of qualification:
- Business Discount – proof of valid company registration or a valid VAT certificate at time of move-in.
- Long Term Storer Discount – the storage agreement must have been held continuously for a period of one year or more. Should the agreement be terminated prior to one year then the discount will be revoked in full.
- Student Discount – proof of valid NUS card at time of move-in.
- Local Employer Discount – proof of current employment by qualifying employer at time of move-in.
ABC reserves the right to revoke any ongoing customer discount offer at any time should the qualifying status of the customer change.
Room Offers
The discounts are conditional upon a continuous storage period of 8 weeks for the qualifying storage agreement.
Should the storage agreement be terminated prior to 8 weeks then the discount will be revoked.
Where discounts are said to be a percentage of the first 4 weeks storage charges, the storage charge applicable at the time the qualifying new storage agreement becomes live will be used.
Promotional Offers
Thank You Offers; Coming Back, More Space, & Recommend/Refer a Friend:
The new qualifying storage agreement must be continuous for 8 weeks from date of move in to qualify for the offer in all cases.
Only one Coming Back, More Space, & Recommend/Refer a Friend voucher can be claimed at any time on any one storage agreement i.e. the three vouchers cannot be combined on any one occasion.
ABC reserve the right to change the supplier of vouchers at any time.
ABC staff, relatives and partners do not qualify for any promotional offers.
A valid ABC Selfstore “Thank You” voucher must be provided by the customer at the time the new Storage Agreement is completed.
After the qualifying period, the voucher(s) will be sent to the address provided by the customer.
To qualify for the “More Space” offer, a customer must take out an additional storage agreement for the 8 week qualifying period and must also maintain their original storage agreement throughout this period. The total space attributable to the existing and new storage agreements must be more than that attributable to the original agreement only (i.e. downsizing/splitting storage agreements will not qualify). The storage agreements must be made out in the same name and address.
The type of padlock provided for a newly referred customer will be at the sole discretion of ABC Selfstore and dependent on availability of supplies in store at the time.
Referring parties must be known to ABC either by being a previous or existing customer, or by partaking in an agreed referral scheme.
The vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Packing Goods
Packing goods discount offers cannot be combined with any other packing goods discount offers currently running in store.
