Once you have successfully made an application you will receive a confirmation email and then the process is as follows:
If successful at the initial stage, we will contact you to arrange a telephone interview. During this interview, we will ask a few questions, including some based on what you have told us in your application form. We will also answer any questions you might have and will assess the clarity of your spoken English.
If successful at this stage, we will invite you for interview at our offices. Before the interview we will contact your last but one employer for a reference – we will not contact your present employer, until such time at which we have decided to offer you a job.
Prior to attending for interview, you will be asked to complete an on-line personality assessment
