Occasionally our teams need to stay late for a customer and we really appreciate this flexibility which is why we give you back any hours that you work in addition to your scheduled shift. We also staff our stores 30 minutes before we open and for 30 minutes after we close. Our full time team members work on average a 42hr week. Everyone in the team is entitled to a 30 minute break for every shift which is 6 hrs or more.
Every team member gets 26 days annual leave and 4 Bank/Public Holidays (New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
Every employee is entitled to a free storage unit of up to 50sqft.
Each store manager has a fund for taking the team out and we usually try to get together as a company at the year end to celebrate our achievements.
