Credit where credit’s due… #3

It’s time for a third big group hug, to celebrate the things that we try and do differently or better – so that we’re the best self storage company in London. And this week we decided to focus on our all-round friendliness.

Take a look at our customer testimonials (and here in the back office we do just that – as it’s our job to make sure everything is ship-shape in ABC land) and it’s not hard to find real evidence that friendliness comes as standard.

Here’s an example, “Your Southwark team are great. They are helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, cheerful always smiling, even at early start on a wet miserable day. You have a great team there…  Well done Nadine and your team.”

But it’s not just Southwark, here’s one from our Camden store,”I moved in on 25/07/12 and the chap on duty was absolutely brilliant. My useless moving company were late and slow, but he stayed more than an hour after closing to let me finish moving in.  One mark taken off was for large lift being out of order.”   We’re really sorry the large lift was out of order (we got it fixed as quick as we could), but glad we maintained our above-and-beyond levels of helpfulness!

When we ask our customers to tell us what they think we also ask them to rate us out of 10. So our current office favourite though in a this-is-spinal-Tap-it-goes-to-eleven kind of way has to be this one:  “Instead 1 to 10, try 1-20 and then I’ll give you 20.”

So well done Team ABC, we think that’s worthy praise, you’re proving the golden rule!
