The ABC Benefits: Free Tea and Coffee

“Where there’s tea there’s hope.” – Arthur Wing Pinero

Moving your belongings or business materials into a self storage is thirsty work – and when you need a break, what better way to recharge the batteries than with a lovely hot cup of tea or coffee?

As a family run operation, us lot here at ABC care about you, the customer, which means we like to go the extra mile.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re using our Camden, Wandsworth, or Southwark units, you’ll experience the same level of customer care – we’re not like the bigwigs – we like to get to know our customers and treat them as individuals.

So, if you’re filling up your unit or indeed emptying it, make sure you stop and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee – on us.

We come highly recommended by our customers who all love a cup of tea…

And their not the only ones fond of our bonus system, and free steamy beverages…

Not long ago at our Camden store, Michael, a mature gentleman who was in the throes of moving from a family home to a new flat, pulled up in his car on a rainy Friday afternoon, soaking and exhausted.

After helping him lift three car loads into his unit, we offered Michael a hot drink, and it instantly perked up his mood. He sat with us in the warm and talked to us for around half an hour.

He left with a smile on his face and thanked us. He explained he’d had a terrible week and was at the end of his tether, but a hot cup of coffee and a natter really helped turn his mood, and move, around.

The next time we saw Michael, he was smiley, happy, and excited to move into his new home. All’s well that ends well.

We were so happy to help Michael in his time of need, and it really does go to show that where there is tea (or coffee), there is hope.

So, if you need a self storage solution that suits your needs, please do get in touch – or come on by for a cuppa.
